Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters. Any details you share with me — whether through the contact form or by email — will only be used to discuss your project and provide the best possible service. Your information will never be sold, shared, or used for anything else.
Terms of Service
Every project begins with a clear discussion of goals, timelines, and requirements. Once agreed, I’ll provide a plan and keep you updated throughout the process. Revisions are always part of the journey, but they’ll be limited to what we’ve discussed in advance to keep things fair and efficient.
Copyright & Ownership
Once the project is complete and full payment is received, you will have complete ownership of the final product. I do, however, reserve the right to showcase the work in my portfolio to inspire future clients and demonstrate my skills.
Refunds & Cancellations
If a project needs to be cancelled, any deposit or upfront payment already made is non-refundable, as it covers the time and effort already invested. If the cancellation happens later in the process, charges will reflect the amount of work completed.
